Though I am now on the board of a big company, I did not start out that way. As an important point, when I started reading business news stories, I was not even concerned in business. I was in varsity at the time, and studying to be a literature major.
To tell you the truth, the business articles I was reading had zip to do with my studies. They were just due to a certain reasons I had the idea that business reports was vital to everybody. For me, reading a business article isn’t just about staying at the apex of my game as a businessman. As an example, when you go to a high tech expo, you can preview the technologies of tomorrow.
These technologies might be driven by business, but they also are going to affect society deeply. Folk who read a large amount of business articles know each step the Net is going to take weeks, months, or maybe years before it takes it. We all know which way the home market is going to go, how stock costs are going to go, and what new private goods are going to be well-liked. Why is this important? As it drives policy. From stocks to housing markets, from oil to pork bellies, companies concerns lie behind each call that officeholders make.
To be truthful, the majority of my business research does not come from the business articles I read. Rather, I use them to see what angle the press is taking.
Articles are inevitably behind the times, but they do show how business is being represented in the world at large. Some of the more clever business magazines can also help you make good calls from time to time, but ideally you need to remain in front of them. This is not necessarily straightforward to do, of course.

Some people have become discouraged with exercising. Because they have minimal results, some are even considering surgery to combat weight gain.
Surgery have become popular nowadays. people need not be afraid of undergoing a surgery becasue high standard are beingimplemented to ensure client safety.
Weight loss surgery is considered a major surgery where a patinet chooses to undergo through it to enhance their physical well-being. But it is especially made to help obese people live longer and healthier done before.
A surgeon specializing in bariatric surgery should be consulted regarding the advantages and disadvantages of a weight loss surgery and if a patient is a candidate for such procedure.
The success rate for the patients depends on their ability to lose 50% or more of their extra body weight and maintaining that condition for the next 5 years.
However on normal circumstances, a patient will only be able to lose 30% with a max of 50% during the first six months after their bariatric surgery. And within the span of 1 year, he or she has a potential of losing up to 70% maximum.
The best news for those considering or has undergone bariatric surgery is they can actually maintain continuous weight loss of 50-60% in the next 10- 14 years after their surgery.
Still there are factors to consider before one undergoes a weight loss surgery such as the patient’s weight before the surgery, age, exercise capability and the determination to continue losing weight.
In conclusion, Surgeries are advised for those who are severely obese and have lost hope trying to lose weight. Lifestyle changes are essential to succeeding in your long term weight loss plan especially having undergone a weight loss surgery.

Drawstring pouches are what I would use to store or carry around my jewelry or other knickknacks. Even as a kid, I would get my mom’s pouches to keep my coins or other tokens. It is like a treasure box where I can be sure that no one will be able to know what is inside after I have pulled the strings tight.
When I was in my teens, I have learned how to make a drawstring pouch for myself. I started with smaller ones until I made pouches where i can put my make up on.
Here’s how:
- You will need two pieces of cloth and one piece of string.
- Sew the squares of cloth together so that they joined on three sides.
- Cut a bunch of slits in the top and wove the string in and out between them.
- If you’re feeling artistic, you can embroider your initials or your name with a gold or silver thread. Or you can put beads or hand paint your own design.If you really want to make something more complicated, you can always get into drawstring backpacks. Although these bags close like drawstring pouches, They are more complicated in design. A backpack requires multiple panels of fabric, and they have to be carefully designed.

If you’re not healthy, the coating of your tongue will result to some disease or will tell you what diseases you may have such as
- Bad breath. The main cause for bad breath is formation of a pasty coating(bio film) on the tongue which lodges thousands of anaerobic bacteria resulting in the production of offensive gases. Those who complain about bad breath may have thick coating on the posterior part of the tongue.
- Typhoid fever. In typhoid fever tongue becomes white coated like a fur.
- Candidiasis. It is a fungal infection which affects the mucus surfaces of the body. On the tongue there will be sloughing white lesions.
- In diabetes and hypoadrenalism there will be sloughing white lesions.
- Secondary syphilis. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted diseases caused by triponema pallidum infection. In secondary stage of this disease we can see mucous patches which are painless, smooth white glistening opalescent plaques which cannot be scraped off easily.
- Leukoplakia.Here white keratotic patches are seen on the tongue and oral cavity. This is a precancerous condition.
- AIDS. In these patients hairy leukoplakia is seen.
- Peritonitis. It is the inflammation of the peritoneum(inner covering of abdominal cavity which also covers the intestines and keeps them in position) in this condition there is white furring of the tongue.
- Acute illness. Furring is also seen in some acute diseases.

Argosy University is licensed by The Higher Learning Commission and offers Doctoral, Pros and Bachelor’s Degrees in 4 faculties. These are the College of Psychology and Behavioral Science, the Varsity of Education, the College of Business and the Varsity of Health Sciences. Health Sciences scholars can also study for an Associate Degree.
The 2008 Spring semester starts on Jan 7th and continues till Apr 19th. After a 2 week break, the Summer semester will start. Learning at the Argosy Varsity is flexible to make it simpler for scholars with full time or part time roles. Classes on campus are held in the day, evening and weekends and online courses are also available. A home-based learning program is in operation at Sarasota, which mixes home-based learning with classes on campus. Online tutors and guest presenters deliver the program and there’s an online library and career service. Learning is interactive at Argosy University and scholars are concerned in text, video, realtime chats and animation.
